The rolls are generously filled with premium Turkish pistachios from Gaziantep, famous for their vibrant flavor and worldwide reputation as the best pistachios for baklava.
The rolls are baked to golden perfection, then soaked in a light syrup of pure cane sugar, water, and a touch of fresh lemon. The syrup highlights the natural richness of the pistachios while keeping the taste balanced and refined.
We use 100% clarified butter, cage-free eggs, and non-GMO cornstarch, with no preservatives or additives, ensuring a product that is natural, authentic, and indulgent.
