Our Chocolate Pistachio Baklava is crafted with care from start to finish. Each tray is layered with forty sheets of house-made chocolate phyllo dough, just 0.05 mm thin, creating a crisp, flaky texture with a rich cocoa flavor. Between the layers, we use California-grown pistachios for the filling, chosen for their freshness and nutty depth. To honor tradition, the top is finished with a sprinkle of Turkish pistachios from Gaziantep, adding both aroma and authenticity.

The baklava is baked to golden perfection, then lightly coated with a balanced syrup made from pure cane sugar, water, and a touch of fresh lemon. The result is a delicate harmony of chocolate, pistachio, and syrup that is indulgent yet not heavy.

We use 100% clarified butter, cage-free eggs, and non-GMO cornstarch, with no preservatives or additives, ensuring a product that is as natural as it is luxurious.
