Each layer is laboriously brushed with the egg wash that contains cage-free eggs, olive oil, and milk. When properly heated, the top will be crispy and the inner layers will be soft and creamy.

WHEN WE SHIP: We ship on Tuesday to avoid weekend delays.
WHAT IT SHIPS IN: Our product is shipped cold in an insulated envelope with a frozen pack. The frozen pack will likely have melted upon arrival leaving the Bourek at a temperature slightly cooler than room temp.
STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS: Refrigerate for consumption within 10 days, OR freeze and thaw as needed.
PREHEAT INSTRUCTIONS: Preheat the convection oven to 350F and heat for 15-20 minutes.
