WHAT IT SHIPS IN: Our product is shipped cold in an insulated envelope with a frozen pack. The frozen pack will likely have melted upon arrival leaving the bourek at a temperature slightly cooler than room temp.
STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS: Refrigerate for consumption within 10 days, OR freeze and thaw as needed.
PREHEAT INSTRUCTIONS: Preheat the convection oven to 350F and heat for 15-20 minutes.
